As a former Division I athlete and Big 4 consultant, I know how easy it is to let your identity get tied to a title, jersey, or role. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in strategy, leadership, and coaching — listening to hundreds of former athletes and high achievers rebuild purpose beyond performance.
