Get to know Ed
I help high performers navigate what’s next.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked in strategy and leadership, and spent years having deep, honest conversations with executives, high-achievers, and athletes facing the question:
“Who am I without the title, jersey, or playbook?”
It’s a question I’ve had to face myself. As a former Division I lacrosse player and Big 4 consultant, I know what it’s like to live in performance-driven spaces where your identity is often tied to what you do — not who you are.
Through coaching and advisory work, I’ve spoken with more than 250 former athletes, listening to their stories of identity loss, growth, reinvention, and purpose. Those conversations shaped my mission: to help people lead lives that perform with purpose, even when the game changes.
I bring a mix of business strategy, coaching experience, and a lived understanding of high-performance environments. I’m currently earning a master’s in Organizational Psychology and Leadership Coaching from the University of Pennsylvania, combining evidence-based frameworks with real-world insight.
My work isn’t about giving advice or fixing people. It’s about helping you clarify what already matters to you, and building the mindset, habits, and strategy to live it out — whether you’re stepping into a new role, redefining leadership, or just trying to feel aligned again.
This isn’t about chasing more. It’s about becoming who you were built to be, with clarity, purpose, and strength that lasts.
